Keegan was raised a commercial fisherman before pursuing higher education in the sciences. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s in physics, and a doctorate in mathematics and theoretical neuroscience. Since joining eSentire, Keegan's projects have included detection engineering, infrastructure tracking, and threat modeling. He also enjoys linguistics, music theory, and sailing.
