Sam Traynor is a Product Policy Manager on Meta's Security Policy team, focusing on adversarial threat mitigation, inauthentic behavior, and fraud, scams, and deceptive practices. With over eight years at Meta and more than a decade in the Trust and Safety space, Sam has written and shaped enforcement frameworks across actor-level and behavioral policy. His work spans cross-platform threat investigations, enforcement design, and external engagements, including writing Meta's Adversarial Threat Reports. Sam is based in Washington, DC.
